Client-specific deliverables and ownership rights will be governed by the applicable project agreement and payment terms.

Third-party fonts, software, plugins, stock assets, libraries and licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.

Third-Party Services

Our services may use or integrate with third-party platforms and technologies, including advertising platforms, analytics services, hosting providers, payment providers, communication platforms, AI services and software tools.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that contact lists, messaging practices, consent processes and business communications comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.

Outstanding payments for work already completed or committed may remain payable after termination, subject to the applicable agreement.

Any dispute will be addressed through good-faith communication and, where necessary, through the appropriate legal forum having jurisdiction under applicable law.
